環(huán)向強(qiáng)度測試機(jī)是連續(xù)管道生產(chǎn)線上檢測設(shè)備，用于連續(xù)纏繞管道環(huán)向強(qiáng)度測試
設(shè)備組成
主要由測試機(jī)受力框架、固定分離盤、移動分離盤、移動分離盤導(dǎo)向裝置、拉伸油缸、拉力傳感器、液壓裝置、電控及測試數(shù)據(jù)顯示系統(tǒng)等機(jī)構(gòu)組成 。
工作原理
將制作好的玻璃鋼測試環(huán)放入分離盤，關(guān)閉安全罩。啟動注壓系統(tǒng)使分離盤分開，安裝在油缸尾部傳感器記錄下玻璃鋼測試環(huán)被拉斷受力全過程，并用在線記錄方式記錄保存下來。
Introduction to Hoop Strength Testing Machine
Equipment function, composition and working principle:
Function--
As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Hoop Strength Testing Machine is designed for the hoop strength testing of continuous winding pipes.
Composition--
It mainly consists of machine stress frame, fixed separating plate, movable separating plate, guiding device of movable separating plate, stretching cylinders, tension sensors, hydraulic system, electrical and testing data display system.
Working principle--
Put the finished GRP hoop onto the separating plate and close the safety guard. Start the hydraulic system to divide separating plate. The tension sensor loaded on the cylinder rear end will record the whole process of testing hoop’s being pulled apart and keep the record online.
